Santa Fe House Renovation

Need to organize the garage so I have room for all the tools.  First step was to build some cabinet boxes for the main bench. Also got all the bikes organized and out of the way. Have the BMW e21 in the garage now.  Since it's such a small car, it leaves lots of space.

The stairs in the house are waaaay out of code spec.  Treads are too short, and the risers range from 6" to 9" in height.  So, going to rebuild all 3 stairs.  Starting with the basement stairs.  To fit everything in with proper tread length and rise per code, I'm using a landing on the basement and upstairs stair set.  Will get code inspection when I start the rest of the remodel so I can do it all on one permit.

Old garage doors/openers had issues.  No remote for one, iffy remote connection for the others, and very noisy and bumpy.  Doors themselves were ok, but put new rollers in, and found a good deal on modern 3/4 hp garage door openers.  Got one installed.
